Return Policy
At Sarine Serenity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer returns within a limited timeframe, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your package is marked as delivered to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item must not show signs of wear or damage caused by the buyer. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged after receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at sarineserenity@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or offer a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns on items that are damaged due to buyer mishandling. We also do not accept returns on personalized or custom items unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
Return Process
To begin a return, please email us at sarineserenity@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
